Use this checklist to keep your team on track before arriving onsite.
Send sponsor assets: logo, company description, and website link.

Outbound shipping
There is a FedEx center on-site at the Renaissance Waverly that can coordinate outbound shipping. Sponsors are responsible for packing and labeling return materials.
- Box up and seal your materials post-event.
- Attach any pre-printed return labels.
- Arrange carrier pickup if needed.

What do I need to send Rev.io?
Please send your high-resolution logo, a 2–3 sentence company description, and the website link you want associated with your sponsor listing.
When should sponsor attendees register?
Please register all sponsor attendees by August 1. Select the Standard ticket and use code SUMMITSPONSOR.

When is the hotel booking deadline?
The last day to book in the room block is August 10, unless the block sells out earlier.
When can sponsor shipments arrive?
Inbound sponsor packages should arrive onsite August 25–31, 2026 only. Please do not schedule materials to arrive outside that window unless the Summit team confirms an exception.
What address should I use for shipping?
Use the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel and Convention Center address with your sponsor name, arrival date, meeting name, and onsite contact number. The full format is listed in the shipping section above.
Who handles return shipping after the event?
Sponsors are responsible for packing and labeling return materials. A FedEx center is available on-site and can help coordinate outbound shipping.
Do I need to purchase electric for my booth?
No. We will provide a plug at each booth location.
Will the mobile app have lead scanning capabilities?
Yes! Lead scanning will be available through vFairs, our event management platform, which is where our app is hosted. There is no cost to sponsors.
What if my sponsorship includes additional or tier-specific deliverables?
Please follow the deliverables listed in your sponsorship agreement. If anything conflicts with this page, contact the Summit team so we can confirm the right path before you prepare materials.
